The Schaufenster der Besten with the DSP licensing in Neustadt (Dosse) ended with an exciting online auction. After the licensing decisions had already been made last weekend, 23 of the licensed and unlicensed stallions could be auctioned on the internet platform dsp.horse24.com. Already during the bidding process, the national flags from all over the world alternated and the interested parties kept the bids moving until late in the evening.
Among others, a colourful Conturio - Cassini II son aroused international desire. The chestnut stallion, bred by Wolfgang Schäl from Neustadt (Dosse), was presented by Sportpferde Masur GmbH from Egestorf and was already one of the most eye-catching talents at the Schaufenster der Besten in Neustadt. The licensed son of the Neustadt state stud stallion Conturio changed hands for 44,500 Euros and was thus the price leader of the auction. After the auction, DSP marketing manager Fritz Fleischmann had good news for all mare owners: "Semen for the stallion named Colourful Future will be available in 2022". Initially, he will move to Egberink Stable in Holten/NL and will be trained there by Leonie Bredemeier and Bjorn Egberink. The horse was bought by Chinese DSP customers.

35,500 Euros were invested by buyers from Switzerland for the premium stallion out of the dressage lot by Marc Cain - Rubinstein I. The large-framed black stallion bred by Gerhard Ikena, Grossheide, was exhibited by Rueben Equestrian, Würselen. 33,000 Euros were offered by buyers from the Netherlands for the unlicensed Dante's Junior - Zonik - son. The black stallion was presented by Frieder Heilemann, Weilheim, in Neustadt (Dosse) and was bred by Ludger Brunnecke from Loeningen.

A premium stallion from the lot of approved pony stallions was knocked down for 23,500 Euros. The FS Champion de Luxe - FS Mr.Right - son comes from the direct dam line of the Bundessieger stallion and Bundeschampion FS Numero Uno NRW.

All in all, the 23 stallions on offer achieved a turnover of 442,000 Euros, with an average price of 19,217 Euros. Six horses were sold abroad. Of these, two stallions will find a new home in Switzerland and one each in China, South Korea, Sweden and Spain.
